Sometimes we are not able to get print out of a PDF files which has been downloaded from the internet. Or we are not able to select or copy the text. The reason is the file is protected by the owner of the document for copyright reason. Here a site provides solution for the password protected PDF files. Motorola's Google Android smartphone

Motorola announced the new Google Android smartphone at a press event on Tuesday. The phone has 3.1-inch touch screen display and a QWERTY keypad. This first Android phone designed specifically for business users.

The company has added several features to make it a strong BlackBerry competitor. BlackBerry is still the No. 1 smartphone used by large corporate customers. The most important features which allow IT professionals to secure the devices and protect data from leaking out of the company.

Corporate IT departments have been reluctant to support Android devices because they lack key security features. The Droid Pro aims to address this issue. One of the key features is the ability to remotely wipe the device of its contents and the memory card if it's lost or stolen.

In addition to the features, Motorola also plans to add device encryption which will encrypt all data on the phone. This make the content unreadable if it is lost or stolen and someone hacks the security password to the device. This features is a key requirement for enterprise IT organizations.

Addition to this encryption, RIM also adds another level of security. while the data sent over network the security will make the data unreadable without a security key if it is intercepted. This added layer of security is one reason that the U.S. government and other highly secure enterprise customers use BlackBerry devices and subscribe to its Enterprise server products.

Another important feature added to the Droid Pro is support for Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync technology. This allows corporate users to get their work e-mail pushed to their phones. RIM's push technology has made e-mail its killer application for most corporate users. But with ActiveSync, the Motorola Droid Pro and other devices using the technology, can get the same type of e-mail service as people using a BlackBerry.

How to Create AutoText?
Select the you want to reuse and clicking Insert > AutoText > New (or simply press Alt-F3). You then enter a name for the entry and press Enter.

[This adds the entry to the Normal.dot template and makes it available to all documents. To add AutoText for a specific template, click Insert > AutoText > AutoText and select the template in the "Look in" drop-down menu.]


How to insert AutoText?
Insert AutoText by clicking Insert > AutoText > AutoText to open the AutoCorrect dialog box with the AutoText tab selected. All AutoText entries are listed. select one and click Insert. You can also use the AutoComplete feature to enter AutoText by typing the first few letters and pressing Enter when the entry appears in a pop-up window (the AutoComplete option must be checked in the AutoText dialog, and you need to press F3 to activate this feature).

Other options for inserting AutoText entries are via the AutoText toolbar (View > Toolbars > AutoText) or by clicking the Insert AutoText drop-down button on the Header and Footer toolbar. To place an AutoText entry on a different toolbar, click Tools > Customize > Commands, select AutoText in the Categories list on the left, and drag the desired AutoText entry from the list of commands in the right window to whichever toolbar you prefer.

Assign the AutoText entry a keystroke combination by clicking Tools > Customize > Keyboard, choosing AutoText in the Categories list in the left pane, selecting the AutoText entry in the right pane, and entering your preferred keystroke combination in the text box below the AutoText list.

Building Blocks
Simple Word documents are likely to include reusable elements, such as page numbers and other header and footer material, cover and title pages, addresses, salutations, logos, and other graphics. Saving and re-entering such material is easier in Word 2007 and 2010 via the use of Building Blocks.

How to create a Building Block in Word 2007 or 2010?
Select it and press Alt-F3 to open the Create New Building Block dialog. Give the entry a name or accept Word's default name, choose the Gallery to save the entry in, assign it a Category and a description if you wish, choose to save it in the Normal template or with other Building Blocks, and add it with its own paragraph and on its own page if desired.

You can also add a Building Block by selecting the material, clicking the Quick Parts button on the Insert tab, and choosing Save Selection to Quick Part Gallery. But you've got a wealth of prebuilt components at your disposal without having to create any yourself. To view the Building Blocks available by default in Word 2007 and 2010, click Insert > Quick Parts > Building Blocks Organizer

Your custom AutoText entries will be stored in the AutoText gallery in the Building Blocks Organizer. To add an AutoText or a custom Building Block gallery to the Quick Access Toolbar, right-click the toolbar and choose Customize Quick Access Toolbar. Select Commands Not in the Ribbon in the "Choose commands from" drop-down menu, select AutoText or a custom gallery entry, and click Add and OK.

Skype has released Android  smartphones application which enables make free calls to other Skype accounts, mobile phones or landlines. The company also said that it has tested on several devices, but it can't guarantee full functionality or compatibility on other devices and plans to address those app issues in the future.

Section in MS Word | Apply different format for single document

Section command in MS word works with the option Page Setup, Header and Footer, Page Number, Page Border.

While we select or change any of the above option the changes will applied to the whole pages in the document. e.g. Portrait option(page orientation) , will set all pages in Portrait. If want to setup first page as Landscape and rest of the pages as Portrait, we need to keep first page as a section and rest of the pages as other section. Here go the need of Section command

Insert -> Break -> Section break --> continuous

iPod nano 6G Dancing Robot

A hacker called PachimonDotCom has both the iPhone and the iPad into dancing robots. Now he ha's done it to iPod nano. since the nano is not iOS-based and doesn't allow the installation of third party apps, done a simple trick to display an animation. He stated for this project, he has developed simple way to control two servo motors by iPod nano: using the sound from headphone jack as PWM signal that controls the servo motors.

Dell's Zino HD desktop

The Zino HD is a small 8-inch by 8-inch case which support a slew of AMD processors in this thing, from single-core Athlon II, dual-core Turion II, and triple and quad-core Phenom II processors.
