View -> Header and Footer
A Toolbar will appear
Click on the button "switch between Header Footer" that will switch you to Footer. Now click on the button Insert Page Number. A default format page number will be inserted. If you want to have different format and option go to 'insert' menu and click on 'Page number' will give you a menu which having various format and option
